Our policies regarding refunds and cancellations of mining contracts
BitMinePro strives to provide high-quality cloud mining services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
2.1. Cooling-Off Period: You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchasing a mining contract, provided that the contract has not been activated or used for mining.
2.2. Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our side, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the downtime period.
2.3. Erroneous Charges: If you have been charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service, you are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charges.
3.1. After Activation: Once a mining contract has been activated and mining has commenced, it is non-refundable.
3.2. Market Conditions: Refunds will not be issued due to changes in cryptocurrency prices, mining difficulty, or mining profitability.
3.3. User Error: Refunds will not be issued for mistakes made by users, such as sending funds to incorrect wallet addresses or purchasing the wrong mining plan.
3.4. Violation of Terms: If your account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for a refund.
4.1. Submission: To request a refund, you must submit a refund request through our support system or by emailing support@bitminepro.com.
4.2. Required Information: Your refund request must include your account email, transaction ID, date of purchase, and reason for requesting a refund.
4.3. Review Period: We will review your refund request within 5 business days and notify you of our decision.
4.4. Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
5.1. Cryptocurrency Payments: Refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency will be issued to the same cryptocurrency wallet address from which the payment was received.
5.2. Exchange Rate: For cryptocurrency refunds, the refund amount will be calculated based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase, not the current market value.
5.3. Processing Fees: Any transaction fees associated with processing the refund may be deducted from the refund amount.
6.1. During Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your mining contract within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions in Section 2.1.
6.2. After Cooling-Off Period: After the 24-hour cooling-off period, mining contracts cannot be cancelled for a refund.
6.3. Contract Transfer: In certain circumstances, we may allow you to transfer your mining contract to another BitMinePro user instead of cancellation.
7.1. Promotional Offers: Mining contracts purchased with promotional discounts or as part of special offers may have different refund terms, which will be specified in the offer terms.
7.2. Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, etc.), refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.
BitMinePro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
